On-Point Instrument Sharpening, LLC provides professional sharpening of dental instruments, offered as in-office service or by shipping instruments to us. Requests submitted through our website are requests only — a service is confirmed once we respond to arrange the details. Pricing, turnaround, and any applicable fees (such as a travel fee for in-office service) are communicated to you before or at the time of service and reflected on your invoice.

When you check the consent box on our scheduling form and provide a mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from On-Point Instrument Sharpening about your appointment or order. This is a conversational, service-related messaging program; we do not send marketing texts.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still use our services without opting in to text messages.
• Message frequency varies based on your request and our conversation with you.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and we will stop sending texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Appointment and shipping dates you request are preferences; we confirm the final schedule with you directly.
• If you ship instruments to us, you are responsible for packaging them safely and for shipping arrangements and costs unless we agree otherwise.
• Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We use a third-party payment processor to handle payments securely.

When you use our website and services, you agree to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
